Purpose
The Evolution Sprint is for organizations that have established processes but are seeing them degrade due to growth, entropy or changing business goals. It is a "tune-up" designed to tighten execution without a full rebuild.
Why Not Just Use a Retainer?
When gaps emerge that require focused attention but not a full Enablement Sprint, a standard retainer often does not provide enough structure or momentum.
The Evolution Sprint concentrates advisory support into a short, focused window so the team can close gaps, refine what was implemented and restore alignment without restarting major change.
Who This Is For
- Teams that have doubled in size and "broke" their old process.
- Organizations prepping for a new product line or market expansion.
- Alumni of previous Enablement Sprints (6–12 months later).
Advisory-Heavy by Design
The Evolution Sprint is advisory-heavy and refinement-focused. My role is to help leadership and teams evaluate what is working, identify gaps and adjust systems to fit reality.
This engagement intentionally avoids major reorganizations, deep architectural redesign or heavy execution ownership.
Why This Is a Situational Engagement
Not every engagement requires an Evolution Sprint. This option is introduced intentionally when patterns emerge over time and additional focused support is genuinely useful.
Outcomes
We identify what has drifted, recalibrate ownership boundaries and simplify processes that have become bloated. You leave with a streamlined operating model that fits your current reality.
